This girl is a waitress at a bar i go to. She is new thier. She came up to me and started to talk to me. She noticed I was wearing a baseball cap and started to talk to me about baseball. So anyway eventually I asked for her phone number. She gave it to me. I know her job is to be friendly for tips and such. She also told me to text her first as she didnt asnwer her phone from strange numbers. So I did. So anyways I have talked to her some more at the bar a few days later. I have also found out that she is working 2 jobs and she does not have a regular schedule. So i have called her 2 times but both times she was at work and could not talk to me. So then I have texted her a few times. Just a nice message like hope your day is going good. We will talk later. She did answer me once. I didnt send the messages where a response is necessary. Sounds like she is interested in me, how often should I txt or phone her because i want to ask her out. Also her 2nd job is temporary.

Try to go see her at the bar and ask her out in person. Be completely non-chalant about it. Obviously, get into some conversation first, then see where it takes you. If it really seems she is interested, you can throw out something like :
"I know you're busy here at work and I don't want to keep you (that's you being very considerate of her) so I was wondering when you'd be free for us to spend some time together away from your work getting to know each other". I wouldn't do it through text. Definitely test the waters first and see how she responds to your normal conversation with her before you ask her out.

She could have cared less about baseball and only used your cap as a reason to talk to you. You need to quit texting her and just man up and ask her out. That's what she's waiting for. Call her and ask her to go somewhere specific at a specific time on a specific date. If you say, "so, you want to get a drink some time or hang out or whatever?" Her answer will mean nothing. If you say, "Do you want to go to the movies on Friday night and see No Country for Old Men with me?" she'll either say yes and you'll be starting a new relationship or she'll say no and you can stop torturing yourself.

well, go in to the bar when she is next working, and begin chatting as usual then bring up baseball as it seems she likes it, then ask her what she is doing over christmas? then say you have a spare ticket to a match, and as your spending christmas on your own (with some puppy dog eyes) that it would be nice if she came. If she says she can't, reply something like go on, say the tickets are my christmas present to you, and you coming is a gift returned she will love it, once she has replied, said her a few texts, one saying like, how you are looking forward to it etc, then take it from there, hope it goes well mate good luck x

Why dont you give her your number so she can put it in her phone and then when you call her it will come up with your name and it wont be a strange number. If she doesn't want to do that, then she is not interested in you.
Or just go into the bar she works at and ask her when her shift is done and if she wants to go out for coffee.
