Take a bottle of sparkling wine and add OJ, Try it yourself, I drink them for breakfast once in a while, Usually Bloody Mary's or beer first thing in the morning....

I've had several, they're very good. It tastes like champagne with a tinge of orange flavor. It's essential to use good champagne, otherwise it tastes kinda bad.

It is a must to use a champagane with a score of 95+, I suggest that you also use fresh squeezed oj. They are quite tasty and when drank a brunch, I usually have to sleep the entire afternoon!

It's just a fizzy orange juice with that little kick and hint of champagne. It's even better when made with a sweeter bubbly like a prosecco or demi-sec.
