Hmmm, you can make a kind of hamburger helper cheeseburger macaroni.

Brown the hamburger, add in the macaroni & cheese mix just like you were using Hamburger Helper. You can add the ricotta if you want, but it's not necessary.

Make the Beef and mac. Beat an egg into the ricotta and add a few dried bread crubs and some garlic and onion powder. In a 8x8 pan layer mac, then ricotta and then mac. Heat up in the microwave until it is hot all the way through. Cheese on top would be nice if you have any. Bon appetit!

Ricotta-cheeseburger-mac!
Cook the macaroni-skip the cheese "sauce"
Brown beef,drain the grease, add in some well drained ricotta
& the cook macaroni.
Got any veggies? Green beans or Broccoli mixes in with this real well...

make cheesy mac, and I would omit the ricotta cheese...brown meat cook macaroni and cheese and mix together
