Agnosticism says that it is impossible to know whether gods exist or not. OK, that's out of the way. It then comes back to belief. If you are an agnostic who has a belief in god/s then you still don't know but you believe. You are a theist. If you are an agnostic who does not believe in gods then you still don't know but you are an atheist. Knowledge and belief are not the same thing. Most atheists are agnostics. They agree you cannot know whether gods exist or not but they don't believe they do.
Consequently as most agnostcs are atheists and the rest are theists, questions regarding atheism and theism cover all of them.

Because people like to pretend that atheists are 'anti-theists'. What's odd is many agnostics like to play this game of pretending they're not atheists and are somehow the 'rational middle ground' and that atheists are all some kind of reverse theist. See the post by negaduck in this thread as an example

When in reality many of the agnostics I see are frankly a little cowardly. They play both sides trying to never say are they a theist or atheist, claiming to be neither of what are frankly the only two groups in existence.
Either you're a theist or you're not. And by definition everyone not a theist is an atheist.

If you feel left out, pick a side to answer for. However, I have seen questions toward agnostics, just not as many.

through fact one is in the minority, does no longer advise they're incorrect. Atheists have self assurance in most of the needed ethics of alternative religions, yet deny the absurdly illogical areas in the back of it. it somewhat is human nature to discover a purpose in existence. faith often promises human beings this convenience. Atheists have got here upon yet another purpose or altogether pronounced that purpose does no longer exist. i became into as quickly as a Christian, yet i somewhat felt like i became into element of a few ridiculous innovations washing application. It does not make experience, no count number how lots you attempt to describe God. i will on no account bow right down to a guy who enjoys wreaking havoc upon humanity and then demanding obedience.

Agnosticism is, by definition, the belief that some things are unknowable; that some questions are unanswerable. Why would someone ask a question of a group of people whose inevitable answer will be that there's no way of knowing?

Agnostics are not perceived as a threat by atheists or by theists, generally.

Q. How many agnostics does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A. One but first he/she must determine there is even a light source.
J/K
Agnostics are kinds quiet and with no real agenda so there is no angle of attack plus they are often lumped in with atheists.

Most of these asinine Christian/Atheist Qs on this board are just trolling or baiting. It's kind of pathetic.
