Well i presume your hair is fairly long if you can tie it in a ponytail. Also I don't know your face shape so you'll have to experiment with some of these suggestions a few nights before and see which looks best. Take some photos and get your friends' / family's advice.

Well, curls look awsome with blonde hair and blue eyes. Have you got curling tongs or straighteners? If so, you could curl it up. Tight ringlets will look lovely, and so will fat, wide curls.

You could also pull it up into a clip like this;

or a fancier version.
Pull your hair back into a ponytail, but instead of securing it with a band, twist it a couple of times and pull it up towards the top of your head. Then use the clip to secure it there. You could also leave bangs (lengths of hair hanging down in front of your face) to frame your face. You could also use curlers/straighteners to curl or neaten your bangs.

Similarly, you can put it in a pony and twist your hair repeatedly upwards, and secure it with a pretty clip, like this;

You could jazz up your standard ponytail. If you put your hair in a high-ish ponytail, you can plait the hair and put another bobble at the bottom. You could then use clips like this to jazz it up.

You could also do a dramatic side parting, so you have a bit of a fringe going on, and straighten sections of your hair with a bit of a flick. Use some holding spray to keep it voluminous. Like this;

This looks totally cute, but hard 2 explain. "Part" your hair in the middle and divide it into 2 like pig tails. Losely braid each side, so they hang down over your ears. Leave a little hair out in the front (bangs) and clip it up, over the "parted" line in your hair. Hopes this help u!

make your hair pin straight, and no frizzy, like straighten it and put in Fructis frizz serum. Then, use a 2 1/2 inch curling iron and curl all of your hair, hair spray it immensly with hair spray that makes your hair really hard. then shake your head til it looks natural. Then get some bobby pins and pin it back on both sides of your head, kinda like a half ponytail.

hmmm well !
what i think is, do a lot of teasing to the top/crown of your head to make it high. then pull it to a nice side pony tail just under the ear, making sure it doens't look to prissy. make sure to leave bangs down. :) also, you can leave some strands hanging from the back and curl them so you can pin them up to add more fancyness to it.

another idea is beachwave curls, then pin back your bangs after teasing your hair to make it big on top then leave the rest hang down.

i love those two ideas, i wore the first one to my semi formal. :)

Put in a perm and wear it parted in the middle. I hate bangs that always hang down over the eyes or cover one eye. I think that is the dumbest thing you can do is block your vision

Do you have time to wash and curl it? (1.5 hrs) Then put it in a Low hanging ponytail and tuck it inside using yellow (clear) rubber bands, hairpins, and small clips to secure. Pull out some stands around your face. And voila! formal and young.

Hair spray, for a finished look.

Step1- wash your hair thoroughly
Step2-comb out all tangles
Step3-roll sections of your hair in bendable rollers
Step 4- blow dry your curls until they are dry

Curl it! Take a shower get your hair wet but DON'T WASH.
Put in curlers overnight, or blow dry
Spray lightly w/hairspray
