My wife had good success with cocoa butter after the birth of our son. Its cheap and easy to find at any drug store.

Remedies will fade the strech marks, but they will never completely go away. Try cocoa butter, I heard it helps a lot.

Only laser surgery can help in removing stretch marks. And even then, it isn't always surefire.

I have heard Bio-oil will do it.
a doc on TV was taling about it reducing stretch marks after pregnancy
