ask her about relationship, if she's ready to be in one, then start asking her out. but if she is still not over her breakup, then comfort her and don't rush.

If you're friends talk to her and maybe casually let it slip into conversation. Take the time to get to see how she really feels and make sure you don't make it sound like you just think you can get her because she's on the rebound. She may need a shoulder to cry on. Maybe you could be that shoulder. So see how she feels about it and if she seems to like the idea, go for it. What could you possibly lose?

yea, definetly wait a while, ive been in something like that, i asked a girl who just broke up with her boyfriend of 2 years, only 5 days after they broke up, she denied me, and said that it was too soon, and now i will probably never have a chance with her, so wait, it wont hurt you to do that.

Wellllll.
She's probably vulnerable.
If you really care about her.. and want the relationship to last..
Just be yourself.. And such.. Hang out
But, I have a suggestion.
Don't ask her out..
Just spontaneously kiss her.. When you think the time is just right.
I swear .. she'll fall in love with you like *snaps* that. :P
lol.
Or maybe it's just me.. But if someone were to out-of-the-blue .. do that to me? It'd be so friggin cute!
I'm lame.. I know

Its probably too soon. Be her friend and hang out with her for a week or 2 and then ask her out.

It's too soon to ask her. I say wait a little while and support her in this time. Then, when the right time comes, you'll know. if you rush it, then you will just get rejected and end up very hurt.

wait just a bit longer. Ask her out as friends first things may develop from there. Or just tell her how you feel and see what happens. from there.

I am sure she could use a friend right now, keep being a good friend and give it a couple more weeks, but be there for her for now! This way she knows you care!

yes but not officially, do it in a way that makes you look good, tell her he was a jerk, and tell her you are going to help cheer her up, then after you have a great time say something like, u know i was thinking mabey you and i should give it a shot

if her boyfriend broke up with her then she may need more time to get over him. but I would still go for her before she is taken again. be very straight forward.
