That's interesting, I never noticed it before...last time I looked, my Canada STILL included Quebec...they should have just labeled it...en Francais, like they do for the Spanish US..

There is also a Yahoo! Telemundo site that is portrayed on the Yahoo! map as being somewhere in the midwest of the United States. Perhaps there are some people who may be concerned that Yahoo! is under the impression that Spanish speaking citizens of the United States are a separate country with 'Telemundo' on their flag?
Don't worry, despite fears to the contrary, Yahoo!'s activities are irrelevant as pertains issues of nationality, sovereignty and border questions. Quebec is a province of Canada and Telemundo is a Spanish speaking network based in a suburb of Miami, Florida ...

The country I live in (U.S.) is not an official bilingual country, but at the bottom of the page there is United States English and then "en Espanol" with a US flag beside it. Canada is a bilingual country, but instead of Canada English and Canada French, they give Quebec their own site with their flag. How Ironic.

Yes it is still part of canada.
it has nothing to do with them being seperate countries. it is just a language issue because some canadians don't speak french and some don't speak english. theis way it is better for both populations.
