Sugar snap peas, stringed and blanched for about 30 seconds, then cooled. You can make them ahead of time. Sometimes you can find them in little packets already stringed in the produce section.
Note, sugar snap peas are different from snow peas. They are fatter, crunchier and sweeter. You eat them pod and all.

you could be fancy and simple and wrap asparagus in a slice of deli ham
you could also take vegatable orderves like this one= take a strip of deli ham and spread it with a layer of vegetable cream cheese and wrap that on a small piece of a pickle spear

Raw snow peas are really good, and go great with Ranch. There is also Asparagus and Brocollini. Those are really tasty.... Good Luck with it.

Well, you can use sliced tomatoes. Just make sure you have some kind of cheese, like provolone, to put on the tomatoes.
