I've tried quitting for years. I tried the patch, gum, support groups, counseling, Chantix but even after a couple of weeks, the stress in life becomes too intense, I can't find any way to calm down, and I can't stop thinking and craving tobacco. Any ideas, or just keep smoking my three a day?

No, quit smoking. Ask your doctor for Wellbutrin and take it for 6 months. Start exercising. Three cigarettes a day are too many....one is too many. Quit.

Ponder the effects of smoke on your lungs and the pain of lung cancer while under a high dose of LSD.

That should straighten you out.

quit at any cost. suggest if you have poor stress management skills, then a cognitive behavioral therapist would probably help you a great deal.
