I've been following this case quite religiously because I keep hoping they'll find some kind of evidence to officially charge Drew Peterson. I know a person is innocent till proven guilty, but I'm really irked by his nonchalance regarding her disappearance. I know there's a slim possibility that he has nothing to do with her disappearance but living in a world where reading about men murdering their wives seems to be the norm, I can't help but wonder.

He maintains he's not looking for her because she called him the night before she was reported missing to tell him she'd left him for another man. I've searched and read all the facts revealed about the case, but does anyone know if this call was actually verified? It probably was, but there seems to be no details about it anywhere.

So what do you think? I mean, wouldn't/shouldn't she have resurfaced now if she did indeed run away? She'd call her family..right? If alive, wouldn't it be a crime to not show herself?

Thoughts/answers pls

I think they thought , he used her phone and called the house!!! that is so sad, it brings back all the memories of the scott peterson case in Calif, where his wife and baby washed up on the shore where he said he was fishing when she disappeared, and drew peterson has that same smirk on his face, that tell me he is guilty, about 5 years ago I read a book called,, and the sea will tell, it was about a guy who killed 2 people on the island of Palmyra, and they finally found the bodies 5 years later, they washed up one the shore, it came to my mind when they found lacy peterson and her fetus, in the san fran. bay, how sad that way, he murdered his pregnant wife on Christmas eve, and thru her in the bay, So I'm hoping they find something on this guy, he looks guilty to me, just like scot peterson!!!!!!!

It's an on going investigation. A lot of people here jumped to conclusions when they heard a truck driver was asked to move a container. Of course, no one said a word when they found out it was a lie. I think we should wait until all the evidence surfaces.
Edit. Now here is a little more evidence.
