Its never completely safe. but its not death causing right away. Cigar smokers dont inhale and they still run the risk of getting cancer in their mouth. You can smoke one. You can smoke the whole thing. you can inhale (I wouldnt recomend doing so with black and milds they taste like butt). One will not make you hooked no matter what they say. I smoked when I was younger and wasnt hooked for awhile but I kept doing it just to look cool until it was too late. just dont smoke every day.

No, you will still have a chance of getting mouth and tongue cancer. You aren't supposed to inhale cigars, anyway. A lot of cigar smokers suffer from smoking related diseases even though they don't inhale.

If you really do it once you will probably not suffer any consequences except getting sick. But be honest, how many people try something like that once and only once? Not many.

first of all i'm not sure that i totally understand the question. but theres no point in smoking if you dont inhale. why would you want to taste it? if you do it once, its not bad, you wont be addicted or anything. it sounds like you dont really want to do it anyway. no form of smoke is "safe". my advice is dont try it. you cant crave something you've never had.
