I WAS CONVICTED AFTER I WAS HONORABLE DISCHARGE FROM THE NATIONAL GUARD. I KNOW THERE ARE MANY WAIVERS AND I WILL LIKE TO KNOW IF NOW BECAUSE OF THE WARS THEY ARE HAVING MORE WAIVERS.

Somethings can't be waived and a Federal Conviction is one, especially for a drug charge!

There is no waiver for a federal drug charge. That is a 0 tolerance policy.

I don't really think so. A Federal conviction is something that a wiver cannot cover. you can try. The worst they can tell you is no.
