What do y'all think about that security guard that Kasey "allegedly" shoved to the ground suing him? I think the guy is $$$$$$$$$$$hungry! He claims he hasn't been able to return to work since and he's getting bad-mouthed on web blogs! All he was treated for was bruises and abraisions! Of course he hasn't been to work...There haven't been any races? HMMMMMM......

Hey Snake! The mental anguish is probably over how to spend the $$$$$$$$$$$! Paranoia from somebody finding out he was already suffering from impotence at 62!

Don Ho: you are exactly right. If they guy is not in good shape, he should look for a different kind of work.
Nascarfan31: Hi there...you are right, it is bad for NASCAR and Kasey.
Patty: thx for the info. $15,000 is probably just for medical. That I can understand. The guy shouldn't have to pay the bills, Kasey should.

If the guard's a twit, you must acquit!
Why would there be a security guard at a gate that has 4 police officers on watch? Sounds like everyone is getting overpaid.

The security guard probably is $$$$ hungry.. but when he has 3 officers to back his story I'm pretty sure he will win this one.. (even if he shouldn't)... BUTT, It sounds like Kasey was being a d**k anyways... The security guard was probably a d**k first though, so all-in-all Kasey should have punched the guy instead of shoving him.. Either way he's going to have to pay out = )

Snake, you are a riot.....I was wondering when this would happen, we live in a lets sue anybody and anyone we can in this society these days.. I'm sure he is money hungry big time. But Kasey should have known better, you have to have the proper credentials to get into the driver motor home/VIP lots at the race tracks.. I'm sure the security guard is really catching alot of heck from people, after all little ole Kasey shoved him to the ground...

I have a feeling Kasey's dashing good looks might have caused you to be slightly biased in your opinion. lol Seriously? I have trouble picturing Kasey Khane hurting anybody. even if he really tried to, He is just so dainty and soft spoken. I have to agree, sounds like this guy is looking to lighten Kaseys wallet a bit. AT the advise of some sleezy lawyer no doubt. (is there any other kind of lawyer?)

Im guessing not because they haven't been dating that long. Kasey strikes me as a type of person who, is right now, more into racing than wanting to rush into that kind of relationship. So i think you little kasey lover your in the clear to still love him!

First of all, who hires a 62 year old man to do security? I'm not saying no people who are 62 years of age are capable of being a security guard, but your average 62 year old is not.
I agree, the man is just out to get some money. Drivers never carry their IDs. Why would they? Especially when they're wearing their firesuit (like Kasey was). That's like asking Brad Pitt to wear an ID while on the set, or Britney Spears to wear one backstage. Heck, most of the wives/girlfriends don't even wear their credential!
I really can't see Kasey doing that intentionally. He may have tried to squeeze past him and knocked the guard down in doing so. But, physically shove a 62 year old man to the ground? No way! Plus, Kasey is pretty small. Now, if someone had the same issue with, say, Tony Stewart, I'd be more apt to believe it happened that way. No offense to anyone, but Tony has a temper! Kasey is usually much more reserved.

Hi Gloria!!
Dang i can't believe Kasey did that. Anyways money or no money, Kasey shouldn't have done it. C'mon 62 years old, damn Kasey pick on somebody your own size, oh wait a minute he probably was. Kasey needs to learn just because you are rich and have a lot of fans, doesn't give you the right to push people around, especially 62 year old men.
Bad for Kasey and Bad for Nascar!!!!

How could Kasey Kahne hurt a security guard? What? Was the security guard a fifth grader or something? Was the security guard a midget? Those are obviously felonious charges made by the security guard trying to commit fraud, for monetary gains. Kasey Kahne is a little guy, and if a security guard cant perform his job properly without falling down. He's either physically incapable, on drugs/alcohol, or is attempting fraudulent charges. And I bet after the investigators do their investigating, the motive for suing was fraud, and Kasey Kahne will still be the little guy he was before this incident.

This guy is absolutely $$$ hungry! Did you see that he's wanting an unspecified amount because Kasey caused him "serious physical injuries"? Couldn't have been that bad, now could it, seeing as he was treated and released from the medical center that day.
As for the bad-mouthing, what does he expect when he messes with a NASCAR driver? It's pretty obvious, (especially here on Answers!) that we NASCAR fans are die-hard fans 'til the end!
All this crud is a bunch of BS, and Kasey will be out of trouble in no time.

Kasey pushed a 62 year old man working as a security guard to the ground. It was witnessed by 2 police officers.
I am sure the guard is overestimating his injury's a bit.
Either way it is not right for those with privilege to abuse someone cause they had a bad practice or bad day.
It has been said the guard was told to check all credentials without exception.
Kasey may need to be taught a lesson IMO.
