yeah, it sounds like you are harrasing her. What gives you the right to tell your principle to stop doing anything?
You know you did it ...... Punk

No, it's not harrassment, but I would ask her how she knows it's you if there is no proof. Tell her exactly where you were at the time of the incident to show there is no way you could have done it. I would also talk to your school counselor about this as well as the assistant principal. Tell a teach what's going as well to get administrators on your side. Somehow you are going to have to prove you didn't do it, or couldn't have done it.

If it is of a criminal nature then you should definitely seek the advice of an attorney to prevent further inquiry beyond the initial investigation. The principle seems to be stepping beyond the boundaries of standard procedure. Speak with your parents concerning the issue in question and be prepared for more inquisitions. Best thing at this point it to not say anything to anyone including your friends.

probably depends on the severity of what ever happened that you are being accused of, The Principal is their to keep the kids in line and resolve issue that come up....if you are a suspect then he/she has the right to try and get to the bottom of the situation......

I'd say its boarder line on harassment right now she just sound annoying. If she is asking your friends and things like that its getting close to slander. If she bothers you outside of school, like phoning your house or work (if you have a job) then I'd say that's harassment

ask your parents/guardian to contact a lawyer to determine if you have a case against this principal. If you start to flunk in your classes do to her constantly taking you out of class to falsely accuse you then, something needs to be done.
good luck

Go see your school counselor immediately. If that does not work in your favour then talk to your parents/gaurdians. If what u say is correct then your principal is acting a bit obsessed and cop-ish and that is NOT their job,

If you told us your grades were straight As then I'd say yes, but I am guessing you are not the most outstanding student on school, or even living up to your potential, right?
Show her who is boss by doing great in school, and preparing for a great life as an adult, better then the one she has now.

Doesn't sound like it... If you feel it's deterring you from getting a quality educational experience, take it to a higher authority. But I wouldn't necessarily call it harassment, jus' annoying.

YES. I feel for you. Not sure there's anything you can do about it though. Maybe let your parents know and they can call the principal.
