scrambled eggs and greenbeans???
i think it's pretty good =)

I saw your question,
so I went & gave it a try.
It was not my choice of favorite.
But I jazzed up it up with some
Pace Medium Salsa and
some sharp Cheddar Cheese.
It was relatively good at this point.
I think if I add some onions
& chopped or diced tomatoes and may
be a little bit of ground or
chopped pecans,
it might even be used as a main
dish for lunch on Wednesday.

Not yet, but I've had omelets with tons of veggies, I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few green beans thrown in. I'd definitely try scrambled eggs and green beans.

Yes - I really like green beens.
I've tried a lot of different stuff with eggs - you'd be surprised what tastes good together. I was short on grocery money for about a year, and eggs literally saved my life !!

yes i did...not the best as the greenbeans is still half fronzen when i did it...but try this: scrabled egg and tomato ketchup!

no sounds good have you tried ramen noodle omelet? cook noodles drain cook eggs omelet style and add noodles while egg is forming . very good.
