how do you remove the ignition switch from a 1988 dodge dakota?

I want to know which colored wires go to the ignition switch.

I suggest you purchase a Haynes repair manual from your local auto store, Advance, Auto Zone, etc., and check the wiring diagram for the switch. It is full of good info and will pay for itself with just one repair.

you need a good repair manual on that one,like the answer above me said it will help you and identify the wires by color and you can also trace them with the manual.good luck.
