So I dated a guy for about a month. We then went to different colleges, but he'd call at least 3 times a week, and showed that he was interested in many ways. This continued for about 3 months, and still continues, BUT after 3 months he said he thought he made it clear that he was not ready for commitment at his age, and wanted to just be friends! Plus, he said I was the most genuine person he knew besides his best friend. When we dated, he told me I was beautiful and had a great personality as well. A.K.A. I'd make a perfect girlfriend for him, lol. Well, when I'm in school, he calls A LOT, more than any of my other friends actually. But, when we're on break, the calls stop. He told me he'd call me and a week has passed... Should I call him, as friends do,or just do nothing? Also, should I express how frustrated I am at the whole situation, or would I just look like an idiot?

It could be that, during the break, he has somewhere else to go, like another girlfriend. If someone says that they are not ready for commitment, then you should believe them, and move on. This is his way of telling you that it will not work between you. You should call him, tell him that you accept that you will just be friends, and get on with your life, without him in the picture.
Ask him if he has a girlfriend. After all, if he just wants to be no more than friends, it should not hurt to be blunt, and will give you some clarity in the situation.

Good luck.

Sorry to hear that - I think he is the confused one. It's very frustrating when somebody seems right to you, but can't poop or get off the pot.
I've been there myself with a girl that seemed perfect but we could never quite get it together.
Find another guy who KNOWS he's crazy about you! He's out there and probably isn't such a wienie like this one.
