Make chili and cheese pork chops:
Season and brown pork chops in skillet, transfer to a baking dish, and bake in 350 oven for about 20 minutes, take out and spread a can of ready made chili on top of the pork chops, put back into the oven until chili is heated through, sprinkle with shredded cheese and put back into the oven until cheese is melted....I served with mashed potatos and corn..my family loved them...

There's a few ways to make them. I don't know if you're on a diet, but the recipes i'm going to give you is not for people on a diet. I usually fry them.
Season them with seasoning salt, pepper, and some garlic powder. Put some vegetable cooking oil in a pan enough to cover about a 1/4" to 1/2" height in the pan. Warm the oil to medium heat. Lightly flour the pork chops and them place them in the oil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the chops about every 3 minutes.
Serve vegetables on the side steamed broccoli, and mashed potatoes are usually my favorite. Look on yahoo! food for recipes for mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

You can pan fry them with a little vegetable oil or or you can season them with seasoned salt, garlic salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan over low to medium (more on the medium side) and melt butter or margarine. Cut up onion and green pepper and saute. When they're tender put your pork chops in and cook on both sides until there done. As for side dishes you can do corn on the cob or one of those Rice A Roni Noodle Packages or both and call it a night.
Buck you're great I posted my advice then read yours.

This is what I do with them. I cut the bone off, then I season them with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. I then bread them with half flour and half bread crumbs. Fry them up. I serve this with mashed potatoes and gravy. To make the gravy, all you have to do is drain all the oil out of the frying pan except 4 tablespoons of the oil, then put 4 tablespoons flour in the pan and mix it well, let it brown (this will be fairly quick), then add chicken broth, it will be watery at first, but you turn it to low and let it simmer. It's very good.

You can cook those on the stove in a skillet so they are lightly crispy on the outside. Spice with rosemary, garlic and worcestershire sauce. For a side, put some clean spinach and a spoonful of butter in a microwave safe dish, cover, and cook for 1-2 min and stir. Serve with a side of apple sauce. (applesauce ALWAYS goes with pork chops!)
Enjoy!

just try something simple, like a salad on the side and something your family/whoever you're cooking for likes. Otherwise, just start watching FOOD NETWORK. They've got good yet simple ideas.
