Best Food To Absorb Alcohol

No, that is a myth. All of the "eat this" to prevent getting drunk are myths. Simply put, regardless of what you put in your stomach, the alcohol must still be absorbed by the system. Nothing slows it down, nothing masks it's effects.

When partying, the best rule is "Learn your limits and stay below them." Fun memories do not include accidents or nights in jail.

Don't drink and drive.

alcohol will still get dissolve in your system, the bread just helps having no intestinal problems and slows done the hole process of getting drunk...try something greasy next time-it is better than bread.on the other hand sweet things have the tendency to accelerate things

bread does NOT help. eating only helps you feel better. alcohol has to go through your system regardless of what you eat. from my training as a bartender i remember if you eat something high in protein is better than all other food. but i cant remember why. hope this helps.

Obviously you shouldn't drink on an empty stomach, aside from that just know your limits and drink a ton of water
