Your body contains macrophages which clean up debris and bacteria in your body. Well when you have a pimple and squeeze it its the macrophages that are piled up in that clogged pore and eat the debris then die.

It's your body's way of fighting an infection. The blood vessels under the pimple (zit) open up enough to let out a few cells that fight infection. As these cells fight the bacteria, the bacteria ends up partially digested and this "calls" to more of the special cells to come and fight the bacteria. This causes swelling, redness, and that lovely pus.

Just don't pop the zits - it will spread the bacteria.
If it's really bad and not responding to Clearasil, then have your mom take you to a dermatologist for something stronger.

Puss is the crap that the body is fighting off, and the bodies tools to fight off the crap.

It's the infection, and the body's response to the infection.

haha every one gets them, but its all the dirt mixed with oils and sugars that you eat, it forms the zits ans whatever comes out of the,. and you cant pop them, you can only dry them out. if you pop them they could scar! also wash the oils off with acne face wash every morning and night if you want clear skin. :)

hope that helped

"PUS" is the white matiereal that comes out of infected wounds. Not just acne pimples. It is comprised of dead white blood cells, oils and bacteria.
