what if i didn't say the whole thing?
i have some mental problem, having unwanted thoughts, trust me i don't want to say that kind of stuff nor do i need to, so i kept saying it in my mind, so i got frustrated, so i MAYBE said it out loud to make it worse, so i won't be horsing around or be uncomfortable saying it in my mind

You might want to talk to someone about these issues. It seems like a bit much for the advice you will get here.

It's all in forgiveness. Ask God to forgive you, but the hardest is to forgive yourself. Once you do that, You'll be set free.

You need to pray. God will listen to you. He loves you.
