Don't do anything. Just leave him alone. I hated sitting on the bus because this jerk guy who asked me out and I turned down and his friends used to try to get back at me for rejecting him.

Absolutely nothing. You will wind up in trouble.
If this person is taunting you with words, you'll just have to keep quiet. If, however, they're tearing your coat or stealing your cap etc. then speak with the bus driver and ask that you get a new seat.
If the bus driver ignores your request, have your parent report the situation to the principal and transportation manager about it.
But as for you playing a prank - don't do it. You'll wind up in trouble and Pig-boy will get off Scott free.

You can't really do anything on a bus to any kid. Our school bus systems have cameras' installed on them, not only for the protection of the driver, but the students as well. The same rules about fighting and bullying at school apply to their transportation as well.
In your life, both as a child and an adult, you're going to run into alot of people you don't particularly "like." You'd better learn to deal with them now and go the other way. Unless they start the trouble, then go through the proper channels, it covers your bases as well.

Just ignore him. I know that sounds stupid and impossible but it's really not. Don't retaliate or pull any pranks on the kid because you'll wind up in trouble.

Ignoring him/her will do more, than any prank you can come up with, and will have the added bonus, of not getting you into trouble.

I once got a fake plastic puke and put it on the seat the kid sits in. He was a trouble maker, and had an assigned seat. The busdriver (who was a REALLY BIG guy) was in on the joke, and yelled at him to sit in his correct seat. When he refused, the busdriver pulled the bus over and came up to the kid. The kid pointed at the "puke" and said "i'm not sitting on that!" The busdriver picked it up and tossed it at him! Everyone else who knew the puke was fake, laughed at the kid.
