from £3.99 upwards. have a look at the specials, theres loads in the supermarkets at half price. just look for an expensive one (8-9 quid) thats on offer and it should be fine.

Average is probably under $10, and you can get a darn good shiraz for that price, too. Try Ravenswood Vintners Estate Shiraz. I think it is $8-$10 at most places.

i love australian shiraz, my favorite wine of all time is rosemount cabernet savingnon (sp?) and shiraz
it can be $17 or $18. but its often on sale around xmas

Varies quite a bit, you can buy one from Lidl at circa £4 but generally, it is in the £5-£6 bracket for Hardys, Lindeman etc.My suggestion, would be to buy a really nice NZ Sauvignon Blanc like Nobilo, circa £6 at Tesco.of course if he/she only likes red, that wouldn't be valid.

maybe around £5.00 ...but why not try an Italian wine...they are very good...& might be cheaper...Pinot Grigio perhaps. if you are on a budget..try French wine...always good.
