Is it possible to be a police officer if a person has a history of epilepsy?

Not seaizure prone but I have only been seizure free for 4 month, the state law says a year before I can drive and probably carry a firearm.

As just stated - it would not be safe for you to drive a police vehicle and/or operate a firearm, should a seizure strike you. I am afraid that while you could possibly have a civilian role in the criminal justice field - you could not be a police officer.

If you are seizure prone no. Because you would not be allowed to handle a fire arm. I to have epilepsy and know my limitations.
At best you could be a CSI but you would probably be stuck in the lab while the other CSIs gathered the evidence.
