Move on. Find the right timing to tell your bestfriend whatever that is you have to tell.
Dont blame yourself. Things happen. Accept responsibility. Correct your mistake. Learn from the experience and since you consider it 'terrible', then dont let anything like that happen to you again ever. Move on.

I have no clue what happened. it could be any number of things. But trust me, my life has been no where near perfect and I've always found I feel better after telling someone. If you want your best friend to know but cant talk about it, try writing her a letter. or anyone. then you dont really have to explain it to that person and they already know. I've found it's easier that way. I'm here too. Email me if you just need a friend :)

Sometimes it is easier to talk to a stranger than someone who knows you. Is there a school counsellor you could talk to? There are hotlines you can call for rape, pregnancy, suicide and other things. It might be easier to talk it through on the phone before talking to someone you know. Sometimes it helps to write in a journal - it doesn't solve anything, but you get your feelings out for you to see. E-mail me if you would like- pjhmwi@att.net. Good luck.

Well....you have to tell someone. Maybe you can tell your mom. Or a sister or best friend. These people love you, and they would want to be there to comfort you or help you in your time of need.

You could try to tell someone anonymously first, like a hotline or something, but it is almost always better to tell than to keep it to yourself.
