you dont, the only kind of files i know of that you can watch while it hasn't finished are avi files, or stream files off webpages.

wmv files as far as i know must be 100%

Unfortunately, you can't. The way BitTorrent, Limewire, and most other p2p programs works with wmv make it impossible. They do not download the file from beginning to end, but in little pieces from whatever computer out there has the part you need. Without the whole thing, you can't play it. So you have to wait for the whole thing to download. (Sorry)
