i am trying to convert a word doc to pdf. but i get failed to save error message. any ideas ?

Unless you have Word 2007, I don't think you can save a Word doc as PDF. You can, however, convert a Word doc to PDF using a converter. There is a free one, online, at www.media-convert.com.

I have used it. It is easy and does a pretty good job.
