Some do, some don't.
As is the case for all people, scientologists who don't "believe" in evolution have either not examined the evidence in favor of it or are able to delude themselves into not accepting the overwhelming evidence.

If you take Evolution case to a court you will not have hard evidence to produce and simply you will loose the case

If they did not, as a whole, I would immediately request that they take the "scien" out of "scientology" because it is just patently misleading.
