Stir fry the ground beef/hamburger til browned. Add half a package of frozen peas and some chopped onions. Add some oyster sauce (from oriental market) and some soy sauce. Add a little cornstarch mixed with water if you want a thicker gravy. Serve over rice.

If you mean hamburger as in meat: Take the rice and boil it then bake it with some veggies like peppers and courgettes. Just bake the burger in some olive oil and put some simple pepper and salt on it. Make a simple salad and you have a very simple quick and nutritious meal.
Good luck!

Brown the hamburger. While that's cooking make the rice. Mix both together and add cream of mushroom soup. Put into baking pan and add either tater tots on top or bisquick (mixed up of course) and then throw it in the oven at 350 until topping is brown.

I make what I call white sloppy joes, but we eat over rice, and it is so easy....
fry hamburger meat..drain
add, chopped celery, bell peppers, garlic, salt, and black pepper and saute until you smell that heavenly pepper aroma
add can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of milk mix together well...let simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat, I serve over, rice, toast or on a bun.....I guarantee that you will love this....
