I am on a lot of medication an if I breath through my moth it gets so dry that it hurts

Tough one. Back off the meds if you can because they can cause dry mouth which in turn can rapidly break down teeth.

I HATE medicine and will try and avoid it (unless it's anti-biotics) a VERY good cure for extreme dry mouth is citrus. Lemons, Lemon Juice, (not Lemonade because the sugar can dry you out more). An old army trick for this is to stick a pebble under your tongue...just use gum instead.

Also, make sure to drink your full 8 glasses of water a day. It will keep you hydrated and help out immensely...especially with being on so many medications.

I hope whatever is making you feel sick, is quickly fixed!

There is a line of products marketed under the name "Biotene".
Glaxo-Smithkline has recently come out with their own product line "Oasis". I believe they are both over-the-counter.
Dry mouth predisposes you to rapid decay, so you should speak to your dentist to see if you would benefit from some prescription high-fluoride gels.
