To get rid of zits fast, I really like Neutrogena On the Spot Treatment. It works pretty well. But make sure you use a moisturizer because it makes your face really dry at first. I use Clean & Clear moisturizer that has acne medication in it. Hope this helps!

I used to have really bad acne and one thing that really helped me was something yo could probably find in your kitchen. Lemon works great on acne because its acidic ph prevents more bacteria to grow on your skin and kills lots of the bacteria that causes acne. This really works well... At least it did for me but everyone is a bit different but it is cheap and will cost you almost nothing to try. But a few things to be aware of: Make sure that you are not allergic to lemon so try it on a small spot on your skin first, secondly make sure that you have no open wounds or else it is going to sting like hell. Then cut a lemon in half and either take some of the juice and mix it with a bit of water and then get a cloth and apply it to your skin. Alternatively you can just get the lemon cut it in half and pat it onto your skin. This is a great cure for acne but it has a catch. It hurts quite a bit the first few times. Other than that you might also use honey and oats to make a nice mask to smooth out your skin and make it soft and also helps with moisturizing and reducing swelling. Last tips: wash your face twice a day once in the morning and once at night and apply some sort of acne cream. Make sure you use a good moisturizer to keep your skin from drying out and cracking. Good luck.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Proactive worked for me. I used it from age 15 to 23. After that I didn't need anything special.(I must've out grew acne at that point.) Anyway, I used to cry myself to sleep before I found proactive(My acne was pretty bad). Within a week of using, it got a lot better. My brother-in-law still uses it he's 33. and my niece just started using it she's 11. Good luck to you. It should do the trick for you.

Well, I used it all, including Pro-Active. The only thing that got rid of my acne was Retina- Micro. It didnt take long either. Proactive kept mine form gettting really bad, but it didnt make them completely go away.

Sometimes it takes an antibiotic to clear you up, I took both of my teens to the doctor, she gave them pills and cream and in no time they were cleared up, and still are.

I would try Proactive. If that does not work for you I would see a deramatologist.
