Its not the crunchie dry I desire. I was faithful to recipe. Any hints for me, I like it dusty dry.325 was the temp for 28 min then cool and cook for 9 min longer.

Oven temperatures may vary, but you might have to keep in it a few minutes longer. I made biscotti too and found that keeping it in a few extra minutes did the trick.

Next time, try turning off the oven, and leaving the biscotti in the closed oven to cool for an hour.
