ok so i like this guy and supposidly he likes me too but he never really shows it. I mean we talk like every weekend cuz that is the only time we work together. I have had people tell me that he likes me but he dosent know how to ask me out. He has never had a girlfriend none the less a first kiss. Should i help him along and ask him out or should i lay low. I want to ask him to the movies on new years eve...but..i dunno....should i go with friends or go by ourselves or should we just have dinner....i dont know what tyo do////hel;p!

What is it you talk about on the weekends that you do get to talk to each other? Human nature being what it is , I am sure you guys at one time or the other did talk about personal and intimate things.So it would appear that you have broken the ice where you can talk.However, if you have no idea how to proceed, you can try any or all of the following:1)casually ask him if he is dating anyone?His answer will let you know your next move2)assuming that he is single, you can ask him to come with you and your friends to the movies---either as a double date or as a group3)Or you can simply tell him you like him and ask if he shares the same sentiment.4) you can invite him to a dinner for just the two of you and then talk 5) do the mistletoe thing and kiss him and let natural instinct take over.6) Because of the sexual harassment conditions of the work place especially between unequals, this may be holding him back from saying anything to you; so try to talk to him privately on this issue. I sincerely hope any and/or all of the above can help the both of you begin a terrific romantic relationship.

If hes a shy guy its gona take him a while to ask u out. Trust me i've seen it be4. Try to talk with him some more cuz if u only talk with him in the weekends i would say that its not enough. Stay low 4 a while, if he doesnt ask u out then talk with him & tell him how u feel about him before something else happends. In the end if u ask him out go to the movies and dinner just make him pay. lol...

dont neccisarily "ask him out" ask him to hang out.. being a date or not which ever you choose.
