master cylinder is probably starting to go out be careful untill you can have it checked out or call vw specialties in O.C. Ron Wood owns that shop and has diagnosed my problems right over the phone. I was able to buy the part in my home town and fix it myself. Great guy knows his stuff guru some might say.

You probably still have air in the system somewhere, or a seal inside your master cylinder is leaking. You should have done things a little differently. How old is this car???? How many miles??? Does it have anti-lock brakes??? Sometimes you need to bleed the master out separately, especially if you changed both calipers at the same time. Remember that the brake system is cross joined. The front right and rear left are on the same circuit. The front left and the right rear are on the other. Anti-lock brakes are a litlle different. Need more info!!!!

it sounds like you only bled one of the brake system and if you got abs have you got bled kit it best if you use one you first
you bled the abs if fitted and then start front near to the master
cylinder if to say it on the say the master is on the right hand side to bled right front left hand rear left hand front right hand rear and so on

when you press it does it slowly go down to the floor or does it staright up go down to the floor?? if it goes slowly then you have a leak somewhere or too much air in your lines i had that problem and it was the master cylinder that was bad good luck

Get A brake inspection.

when you start the engine the servo starts to assist the breaking, you may have run the break fluid low after changing the pads etc. check it, and check the rear calipers for leaks.

They all missed the diagnosis....
Its your power brake booster that brings up the pedal...give it a try. It'll need a rebuild because new ones are pricey.

It sounds to me as the brakes weren't bled properly....Did you blead it out of fluids?

Yes bleed it again.

You say there's no air, but your description is that of air in the system.

Good Luck and drive safe.
