be rich and heavyweight use some of the money to get surgery to remove the fat

If it were possible (and maybe it is) I'd be both rich and a good size for me.
However it's easier for me to control my weight than my income...I don't want to poor nor do I desire to be fat (again).
Right now I've got enough money for my basic needs (with a little left over) and I'm an okay size...it'll do for now. âº

Very rich but heavy...I'd just buy a top-notch personal trainer and get into shape.
