You may be able to purchase said ring from any Army/Navy Surplus store or go to http://www.miltary.com or http://www.goarmy.com

Perhaps you mean Vietnam.
It is a Federal offense to impersonate an award or a military service token you did not earn. Military surplus stores do not carry service awards, and the duplicates they do carry look fake, because they are designed to be.
If you really did earn the service ring, then contact the Army and they will issue you a new one to replace the one you lost. However, they will not supply a ring you did not earn.
