Physically, yes.
Some people who have been dead a long time ago live on through their thoughts and ideas, as they helped shape the world into what it is today. Metaphorically speaking, they live forever as long as they are remembered.

To answer the question as I think that you meant it...immortal literally means without death...so yes...you can only live forever if you cannot die...

the soul is immortal. if you live immorally you will live forever and ever in hell. at the end of the world your body, the one you have already, will be reunited with your soul, and body and soul will live in eternal bliss, or eternal misery.
