Not sure if you're trying to bring your godmother or your biological mother to the US. Unless you were officially adopted by your godmother, you would not be able to sponsor her as an immigrant to the US. If your godmother did adopt you legally, then you could sponsor her, but then you would not be able to sponsor your biological mother, because that relationship would have been legally ended by the adoption.

I don't understand your question. The letter is 24 years old? What does it state? She is only a godmother and you want to sponsor her? That isn't considered family, so I don't see how that would work. IF she is a blood relation, can you support her financially for the years that she will need to be supported without working? It seems unlikely that this is going to work for you.

You want to sponsor your god mother, unless she is a family member by blood or marriage then you can not sponsor her.

If your godmother is a blood relative, yes, you can sponsor her, otherwise, no, you cannot.

yes, why not??

as long that you provide Prof of it (DNA) that she's or his your biological parent......

but ofcourse to make sure that you get the right FORM to file for petition....you should contact an immigration lawyer.
