YOu know, HBO, SHowtime, Cinemax, Encore, etc. And tell me why?

The free ones...'cause you don't pay extra for them.
If you have to pay over and above your cable bill, they suck rocks.
Besides, the ones you list all suck anyway - all they show is dreck - rather, the "marketable" dreck from Hollywood (mostly).

I have found none of them to be any good. They never have any good movies on. It's always the same movies from 10 years ago. Even when they have the free previews I can never find a movie that is not a lousy repeat. They might have 1 good new movie a month, It's just not worth paying all that money for nothing.

I love Encore because they have very good and serious movies with no commercial.

Starz and Encore.
The other suck - they take all the good series off and any movie they show stays on for months at a time.
