i went to school anyway partly becaus i have to stay after in english class or i get detention, and partly because i want to go to a christmas party tonight (i know not good for my health, but oh well). i have a really bad headache (not a migrane, but one that hurts behind the eyes and just makes you feel detached from the rest of the world). since i am at school i dont have any medicine. what is the the best way to get rid of this headache?

Between your thumb and pointer finger there is a pressure point if you squeeze it in intervals of 3 minutes every five minutes your headache should leave

You can try an accupressure technique.

For acute pain find a painful point 1/16th to 1/4th inch or 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, the headache should disappear or decrease within 30 seconds. For forehead pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 1/16th to 1/4th inch 3-7 mm below

my gym teacher told mew one time to jog arouned the gym 10 times i did the pain went away..this will help you if you have a vascular headach........good luck man
