In perfect German, you say, 'Es ist ein herrliches Nacht, Docktor!'
In common German, you would say 'Herrliches Nacht, ist es nicht, Doktor?'
Addendum: Though the actual word for a physician in German is Arzt, one does not refer to their family doctor as Arzt Schmidt, for instance. It is in fact Doktor Schmidt.
Plus, what if this 'Doctor' you're referring to isn't a physician? What if he's a scientist? Certainly then he would not be an 'Arzt'
You can also use the word schön in place of herrlich.
