This is something you should be speaking with your orthopedic surgeon with. He has all the data and can have MRI's to see what's going on. The knees take more punishment then I believe any part of the body, I've been there. You may have stepped wrong, jerked the knee, something maybe you don't remember, in any case, see your doctor.

YES, it does and it will. Be sure to do the exercises becasue they help break up the scar tissue...even it hurts like heck - do them; it will save you in the end!!!

yes its tissue that's put there i would think they would have told you all of this upon release!!
