If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aOfCX
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

You can bring a plate of fresh fruit (pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, etc) or you can make a coffee cake or muffins either from a recipe or store bought mix. I've also included a recipe for sausage balls. My sister makes these quite a bit. The recipe calls for a dip, but it's not needed.

Hi:
These is very easy to prepare and it will look very classy:
Cream cheese rolls
Buy a large package of philadelphia cream cheese (one large package per roll)
Ham
Liquid cream
1 cup of chopped pecans
You blend a package of ham pour liquid cream until it takes a consistency needed to spread with a mini bit of salt.
Then you take the cream cheese bar and place it between 2 aluminium foil sheets (aprox like a paper sheet) then using a jar or a cilinidric object flatten the cheese (over de aluminum foil)
then remove the upper aluminum sheet and spread the ham mixture now start rolling it slowly removing the bottom aluminum sheet.
Then cover this roll with the chopped pecans
you can serve it like this or slice it in circles (like sushi) and you serve it with crackers on the side so your guests can spread it .
and Bon appetite
I hope it was usefull
and that I expressed correctly (I dont speak english that well)
Good luck!

Buy some Pillsbury crescent rolls and before rolling them up spread a thin layer of a mixture of cream cheese and powdered sugar, sprinkle with a few chocolate chips then roll up and bake. It's a nice surprise and something different that's not the eggs and bacon that everyone else is bringing.

Mini Swiss Quiches
1 box (15 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz)
2 tablespoons sliced green onions (2 medium)
1 tablespoon chopped pimientos
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash ground nutmeg
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
2. Remove pie crusts from pouches; place flat on cutting board or pastry cloth. With 2 1/2-inch round cutter, cut 12 rounds from each crust. Press 1 pie crust round into bottom and up sides of each muffin cup.
3. Place 1 tablespoon cheese in each cup. Top each with a few onion slices and pimiento pieces. In 2-cup measuring cup, beat eggs, milk, salt and nutmeg with fork until well blended. Pour mixture into crusts, filling to within 1/4 inch of top.
4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes. With tip of knife, lift quiches from cups. Serve warm.
I DON't add the pimentos, but I do add mini bacon bits (real, not imitation) to them - YUMMY!! Easy and wonderful to eat!!!

Cut different varieties of vegetables into little sticks. Courgettes, carrots, cucumbers (firm ones), eggplant are suitable.
Then mix some easy dip sauces and serve them as a side.
(Like yogurt + salt + pepper + mixed herbs + garlic powder makes a yummy sauce)
