INEXPENSIVE BEEF STROGANOFF 1 lb. ground beef, browned 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. sour cream 3/4 lb. macaroni, cooked Fold soup, sour cream, milk and soup mix into browned beef. Blend well before adding macaroni. Add macaroni making sure to mix it well into the sauce. Heat on low for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 12. CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 1 whole chicken, cut up 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 can of cream of celery soup 1 cup of rice 1/2 stick of butter, diced Preheat oven to 350F. Combine the rice, butter and three soups in a large bowl. Put them in a large casserole dish or a 9X13 pan. Put the chicken on top. Spice with salt and pepper as desired. Bake 35-40 minutes. CREAMY CHICKEN AND VEGGIE CASSEROLE: 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 can cream mushroom soup 1 can cream chicken soup 1 can cream celery soup 1 package egg noodles vegetables of your choice This recipe is so easy. All you do is put your 3 chicken breasts (thawed) into a casserole dish and pour the 3 cans of soup over the top! (It's a good idea to combine all the soups together in a bowl and stir them up a little first). Then, you pop the chicken into the oven at 350°F for 35 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the vegetables of your choice the way you like them (I like to use carrots and peas, green beans and corn, or corn and carrots) and cook the egg noodles. When the chicken is done, chop into pieces, and serve over the noodles, topping the whole thing off with vegetables. Enjoy this 35 minute meal!

I think the best place to go looking for some kind of those chips is maybe big food retail stores like walmart or summthing, or maybe some kind of big mexican store.

Here's one from my newspaper this week: Shrimp and Corn Soup (Makes 12 Cups) Heat 2 (15oz) cans cream-style corn, 2 cups frozen corn, 2 (10oz) cans diced tomatoes with chiles, and 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce in a large saucepan. Add 2 pounds peeled shrimp and chopped green onions. Cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp are done. ~> Note from me: If your family isn't that into seafood try adding cooked diced turkey/chicken instead. If you like mexican food, you might want to try this turkey chilaquiles recipe from epicurious. It is really easy to make; I usually substitute chicken for the turkey, and transfer it to a casserole dish before adding the chips (my iron skillet just isn't big enough for all that food). It is really easy to make, extremely tasty, and an awesome way to use leftover chips! Turkey Chilaquiles 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups chopped red onion, divided 2 cups diced cooked turkey 1 4-ounce can diced green chiles 3 cups purchased medium-hot salsa with chipotles and garlic (from about two 16-ounce jars) 4 cups unsalted tortilla chips 2 cups crumbled queso fresco or Cotija cheese, or grated 4-cheese Mexican blend 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Crema mexicana or sour cream Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in heavy large ovenproof skillet. Add 11/4 cups onion; sauté until onion begins to soften, about 5 minutes. Add turkey and chiles; sauté 3 minutes. Stir in salsa; simmer until heated through, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Place skillet in oven; bake just until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup onion and cilantro; drizzle with crema and serve. Enjoy!
