as consulate consutants and specialist,i would to have 5 SOLID and VERY,VERY realistic reasons a US consular officer for an F-1 visa will think,analyse and know are the main and tangible reasons an international student will enter the Us to a Community colllege,or in clear form,what are normally the 5 best,solid and tangible reasons someone/or an international student will want to attend a community college in the US?What rae some of the approved reasons which are very very tangible and reasonable an interviewing consular officer will base on this and issue an F-1 to the student.What normally are they expecting an international student who want to enter the US and start at a community college give as his/her 5 tangible and approved reasons

From this and your other questions, it sounds like you are looking for ways to provide the "right" answers to your clients who are seeking visas to the US. I hope nobody feels the need to assist you in this endeavor. The bottom line is that if visa applicants have a legitimate reason to go to the US, have the financial means to do so, and are able to demonstrate a willingness to obey all of the visa requirements, the likelihood is that a visa will be issued.

This all sounds very fishy.

It's no secret that questions will include verification of ties to another country.

The reasons for wanting to study in the USA are a good place to begin the interview, but are not, in themselves, sufficient reason to issue the visa.

You repeat "5 tangible" - do you think the number of articulable reasons is compelling? It's not. What matters is the ties to the applicant's country.
