I know we started talking on here but would be good to see someone who I talk to.

see a picture or meet in person, they want to see you and you see them

"See" has a couple of meanings. One is to have a visual reference, to have an image of something. Another meaning is "to date" as in "I've been seeing Betty for two months."

If the context is from a chat, it's probably an indication that the person would like a webcam image, not necessarily a desire to go on a date. This is reinforced by the last part, "... someone who I talk to" indicates that the writer talks to someone and would like a photo or webcam.

I think it sounds like : they are saying that even though they were talking to you, they want to find (and talk to) someone they have talked to regularly in the past.
OR:
maybe they want to wabcam chat?
My guess is the first one.

the person is asking whether they can see the person they are chatting to by using a webcam or going to them directly
