I found this one but it seems like it may be kind of biased:

Thanks in advance.

The problem with the brady campaign is they include things like police shooting criminals as part of the gun death statistics.

There are also problems with just grabbing statistics about guns and assume these are all homocides. More gun deaths are suicide.

We also can't assume that guns are the cause of murder rates in the United States. For example the Swiss are awash in guns and most homes actually have fully automatic machines guns. They Swiss all have machine guns! Yet the Swiss have a very low murder rate compared to the U.S.

On the other hand, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Mexico have non-gun murder rates in excess of our total murder rate. So get rid of the guns and the murder rate can still be above ours.

This shows our problems are rooting in something other than guns. We better be honest and look at what the real problem is if we want to solve it.

Your link has campaign right in the URL. Its VERY biased.

All statistics are biased. Numbers and words can be manipulated to say anything you want.

FBI UCR is your best bet, but then again....
