How should I ask a girl out?

Should I just get the corridge and ask her out? I tried this but It did not work for me. What should I do try again or get somone else to ask her out for me? Any ideas will go anything! Gifts or just simple ways to ask her out?

Ask her yourself..

Plan your date beforehand... where you will go, what you will do, how you will pay for it, how you will get there and back...

" Would you like to go to________ with me on__________?"
