Long story please read ob :D -
I started to notice this girl in school she's two years younger than me and I think looks beautifull and she has a very good persnality. I started to notice this girl around 2 years ago and have just been like saying "Hi" when we pass each other in the corridoors and in class rooms. This year I have started to fancy her. We are both in wind band I play trombone and she plays Tuba. We were at the first concert that I have been to and we were playing a piece and then stopped for a rest and somone else talked or played a piece in between and when I changed my music or somthing I could just not stop looking at her and then this boy who sits in between us who is going out with her sister said to the girl I fancy "You know he likes you? Do you like him?" She responded with "Yeah a little." He told me this when I was talking to him just around school. From then I have started to notice her more and do you think she likes me I like her! Should I ask her out? X

Go for it, you only live once. Just make sure you act before it's too late. You don't want her finding her prince while your sitting around thinking about it. Go out and do it the first opportunity you get. Take advantage of the holiday season and use a gift or something sweet to warm her up to you.

Well, it seems you have a connection of some kind. It would be no harm for you to invite her to a movie or dinner just to see if you both click. I don't think you should overdo by giving her flowers or anything like that, I think that may scare her off. Just be a gentleman and treat her like a friend first. You can do it! Good luck!

umm i think she likes you :) but still just because she likes you a little bit doesnt mean she might easily go out with you, coz you know girls are a little shy..
so my suggestion is, you try to talk with her.. just talk , normal conversations.. ask something more about her, hobbes, stuffs etc.
second time ask her out if you have to. Dude, come on but its a pretty shocking if you ask a person like that .. she might get scared, specially if you two havent talked much.
talk to her, ask her out second time.. i think it will work

I would tell her that you think she is beautiful and would like to know if the two of you could hang out more. How could she say no with a compliment like that.

First of all find out if she is not seeing someone if so then back off. If not then go for it. You have nothing to loss and everything to gain if you like her like that.
